You get everything at this office - great rates, service and coverage from a reputable company. I highly recommend calling them to see if they can give you something you're not currently getting from your insurance company.
We ordered a Wicker table form these people over a year ago. For several months they told us it was on back order. On January 5th 2008 Mark from WP informed us in an email that the table had arrived and would be shipped. It never showed up. We emailed and called 2x month from February to September 2008. No messages were returned. My wife was finally able to get a manager on the phone in August of 2008. He told her to grow up when she asked for a refund of our money. He then hung up on her. We sent an email then requesting the table and received a return email that just said "Have a nice life." These people are crooks. I highly recommend purchasing furniture from another vendor.
