I'm living in a co-op apartment. Our Co-op hired this company to change the heating system. While they suppose to finish during the summer, we are in the middle of October, there are 33F degrees outside and we still don't have heat. The company asked us to stay home and they didn't show up. Next day, when I asked two employees that wanted to come into my apartment - without any appointment - for an ID they called the supervisor because they didn't have any and told him that "She's being a bitch". When I confronted the supervisor he said that none of the guys said that and maybe that was somebody that was passing by. That was nobody at that time around. He said that they will come later one to fix the heat. Night came and nothing happened. Tonight they said it will snow. And the only heater I have is in my 20 months old son room. I hope if anybody ever consider of giving this guys another project to think twice and look for another company
